Refund policy

Campchairs.shop will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused items. Please contact Campchairs.shop via phone or e-mail to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany the return or the package will be refused. Shipping will be reimbursed only if we erroneously sent you the wrong products

(i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to shipping products back to us. Items must be in its original packaging along with your receipt.

Please return items within 30 days of receipt to ensure timely transactions.

Return Policy

* Any/all returns without proper authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.

* Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt.

* Products must be in their original, perfect condition in original box in the same exact condition

as it was originally shipped.

* You may exchange the products for another size, style or color but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
