Campchairs.shop will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused items. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany the return or the package will be refused.

Shipping will be reimbursed only if we erroneously sent you the wrong orders (i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to shipping order back

to us.

 Items must be unworn & in its original packaging along with your receipt.

Please return items within 30 days of receipt to ensure timely transactions.

Return Policy

* Any/all returns without proper authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.

* Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt.

* Items must be unworn and in their original, perfect condition in original box in the same exact condition as it was originally shipped.

* You may exchange the Items for another size, style or color but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card.

Any original shipping costs will not be refunded although we do offer free return shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $50 by downloading a prepaid shipping label through our returns and exchange portal.
